I've only recently begun to learn about the Ayurvedic way of looking at health, and right from the start, it made absolute sense to me. For thousands of years, food was our medicine, the thing that provided us with the necessary building blocks and fuels for our bodies to function and grow and heal. This is still true today, though unfortunately the conventional Western way of looking at health seems to be very slow to accept this. As I recently read, if you eat the standard American diet, you get the standard American diseases -- and we all know what those are. I've seen the healing results of Ayurvedic medicine in my animals, and I am very much looking forward to using the wonderfully detailed and comprehensive food list provided by Just Go Pink to get my own health into better shape.

The list is generated from the quiz available down below. It works in three simple steps: We collect all the answers from you, regarding your body type, such as weight, height, our site calculates the type of diet you need, and you receive the results in your email through a PDF complete file, made for you specifically (that´s why we request personalized information).
This is a very complete and powerful list, which many clients have reported to have their lives changed drastically after the diet, discovering how to fix digestive, bloating and gas issues they´ve had for decades, achieving more energy throughout the day, sleep quality, and time improvements, better skin tone and feel, and even headache problems.
The food list is based on a very long and detailed personalized PDF file with more than 340 food items, 12 distinct food categories ordered alphabetically. With the list, you will be able to understand your best possible diet, what meals to eat in a regular basis, categorized by week and days, and understand what certain foods are either good or bad for you (and how good they are from a percentage range).
How to fill in the dosha-test
In the original test as it was designed by Atreya Smith, you had to choose 1 answer per question. In quite some cases, this is next to impossible. Therefore, we have changed it a bit. You now have a total of 6 points to divide amongst the 3 answers for each question and you have to use all 6 of them.
If there is 1 answer amongst the three that is 100% you, give it 6 points and move on to the next question.
If not, here’s how to do it:
If the answers consist of a comma-separated list, consider the comma as an OR, not an AND.
Question 30: Emotional tendencies:
- Anxious, fearful, nervous, worries
- Frustrated, irritable, angry, dominating
- Calm, attached, greedy, sentimental
1) If you tend towards worrying and getting sentimental, you could assign 3 points to each answer:
