Motivating and empowering you to live a healthier and happier life
Our Mission
We are passionate about life and living it consciously and to the fullest. And we want to help as many people as possible do the same, thereby making this planet a better place. We want to motivate and empower you to make decisions that lead to more health and happiness. For yourself, and for the greater good of the planet.
Our Vision
To help as many people as possible live healthier and happier. To create awareness of each person’s power and responsibility. To help making this planet a better place for all creatures great and small. Think global, act local. Change the world, start with yourself.
Our Values
Honesty and Integrity are the values we hold dearest. Without them, in our Humble opinion, Trust cannot be gained. We are driven by a Passion for what we do and our Commitment to the people we serve. We do our very best to keep things Simple yet Fun, while continuing to Learn and Improve.
Our approach
We have a different approach than most to changing your life style. Based on our personal knowledge and experience, we believe that most people benefit from a “soft” approach of small, seemingly insignificant steps. No 7-day-program-to-perfect-health, no die hard programs to make you radically change the way you’ve done things all your life…
Why not? Because they don’t work.
The art of Kaizen
From an evolutionary point of view, we are hard-wired to resist change. Your midbrain will put on the emergency brake as soon as you start manifesting thoughts of radical change. To successfully change anything without having to overcome this resistance, we propose the art of Kaizen, or baby-steps. Once you understand this principle, you can achieve many things with very little effort.
To set yourself up to succeed, you need to make the steps towards your goals so small that they seem insignificant. Because when you do that, your midbrain is reassured that it’s nothing serious, and it goes to sleep. And when the midbrain is asleep, there is no resistance. And that’s when the magic happens 🙂
Ayurveda
We use our knowledge of, and experience with Ayurveda to empower you as much as we can. Ayurveda is the “Science of Life” and has a lot of wisdom accumulated over the last 5000 years or so. It’s a holistic approach to life and health that offers a lot of good advice geared towards the individual. Because let’s face it, we are all individuals with different needs and different capacities.
We are here to help you with information, education, advice and baby-step programs. So that you can, at your own pace, change your life for the better. To feel healthier and happier.
Whether you want to start meditating, change your nutrition, do yoga or develop a healthy daily routine, we got you covered. And what’s more, if you let us know what habit you want to change or start, to change your life for the better, we’ll develop the necessary baby-step program for you.

The people behind Just Go Pink!
We are Karen and Christophe, a couple in our fifties/sixties. We have been together since February 2017. Before that, we have both had a long-term relationship with another person. So when we met and fell in love, we each had a well-filled backpack of experiences, both good and bad.
What attracted us to one another, was (and still is!) that we are both very much interested in health in the broadest sense of the word. Karen has a diploma as an Ayurvedic nutritional therapist, and Christophe is a certified yoga teacher. And we actually met through the meditation app Insight Timer.
Biologist, web designer, Strasser hoof care professional, private chef, business consultant, Ayurvedic nutritional therapist are some of the titles she has held/holds. Is passionate about nutrition, horses and preserving the environment (amongst other things). Loves to read, write, be around animals, learn new things, to name a few…
Speaks Dutch, English, French and German.
Chris has been a mainframe programmer for almost 30 years. His love for yoga began over 20 years ago. His interest in health, the body and meditation made him enrol in 2014 in a 2-year yoga teacher training course. He has been starting his days with a series of exercises, breathing and meditation ever since and his passion is to help others on a healthy journey. Since meeting his partner Karen, he has learnt many new tools to create websites and reach more audience.
Speaks French, German, Spanish and English.
Mutual interest in health and happiness
When we got together, these interests were strengthened by our mutual interest in them. We love trying out new (vegetarian) recipes, or surprising each other with healthy snacks and other delicacies. However, we are also chocolate lovers (addicts? 😉 ), and we love good pastry. And pizza.
Generally, we are quite disciplined. Being self employed, you have to be. So we get up early, do our yoga routine, followed by a meditation and a delicious breakfast. And then open our laptops and get to work. But sometimes, we just sleep in and have a lazy day. No yoga, no meditation, and that’s just fine.
Objections to change
As digital nomads, we get to meet new people on a regular basis. That’s one of the many enjoyable aspects of our life. Many people that we meet are interested in health and happiness. However, when we enter into a conversation, we often hear objections as to why someone cannot meditate, practice yoga or some other sort of movement, eat healthy, etc.
Overcoming our inborn resistance to change
People have a tendency to resist change and they present us (and, more importantly: themselves) with a rationale against change. Even though they (rationally) know and understand that it would be better for them to make changes to their life style.
Now, we get that. We were no different. But we managed to slowly make some pretty big life style changes anyway. Without getting dogmatic about them and without making a big deal out of them. Which is, by the way, one of the “secrets” of successful change.
Change your thoughts, change your life!
That is not to say that we are perfect. Far from it actually. But we are healthy and happy (most of the time anyway). The biggest challenge lies in being mindful and changing our thoughts. We cannot change many of the things that happen to us, but we can change our attitude towards them. When you succeed in changing your thoughts, you change your life. We are living proof of that 🙂
What’s with the unicorn?
A unicorn is a term used in the venture capital industry to describe a privately held startup company valued at over $1 billion ???? In IT, a unicorn refers to a project or firm with a unique potential. We like to think of our business like that: as having a unique potential 🙂
For us personally, the unicorn represents an independent being with positive energy, generosity and passion. A unicorn is something that is highly desirable but difficult to find or obtain. As is, for many people, obtaining full health and wellbeing in body and mind.
However, with a little help and guidance, and the 3P’s (Patience, Perseverance and Purpose), you too can reach a state of health and joyfulness that enables you to live every moment in gratitude.
Why pink?
Because we like pink. We like the colour and we like what it represents. Looking at life through pink glasses for example. It’s highly recommendable. It beats dark glasses every time.
The colour pink also represents, to us anyway, something a bit frivolous. As in: not taking things (in general) and ourselves (in particular) too serious. Smile more, laugh even and have fun. In other words: Just Go Pink!
